Upgrades for Base Defenses. The following BD's can gain veteran status:

* Soviet Tesla Coil: one it goes to veteran status, the tesla can fire faster and at a higher distance. Sending a tesla trooper to overpower the coil will increase even more its fire power

* Flak Cannon: Its fire power plus the distance gets increased

* Patriot Missile: It now has a radial indicator, where you can see the total distance. Also when it's in veteran, it will launch two missiles at the same time.

* French Grand Cannon: like the Patriot Missile System, the GC has a radial indicator. and it fires two rounds at the same time. The range increases in vet status.

Now Yuri's side and Soviet Side have their own aerial transport.
