Special Forces. Cost: none 
Once the Americans build their Airforce command, they gain access to the special forces, so they can't be trained from barracks; they're really strong and very well trained. Together they can kill any infantry units incredibly fast. A good air defense should be more than sufficient to stop them.
British SAS. Cost: 1200$ 
The British had to include their special forces in battle since they were losing too many soldiers. These soldiers are faster, stronger than the regular GI's.
Chrono Guardian. Cost: 3800$ 
In spite of his high price, the CG worth every cent spent. This Super Hero, can be trained if you infiltrate an allied battle lab. The CG has a new weapon, which can erase units, and building very fast. Also his new suit makes him incredibly hard to kill.
